There is hope!

It's going to be okay.

We know you're carrying a lot. The stresses of life, worries about finances, mental health battles, pressures at work, and on and on... But there's good news. Jesus Christ is alive and offers salvation, rest, joy, and peace to anyone who comes to Him. It's going to be okay!

Celebrate Easter with us at Nappanee Missionary Church on Saturday, April 19, or Sunday, April 20. Come experience hope and new beginnings through the resurrection of Jesus Christ.

Wed, April 16 | Worship Center | 7:00 PM
In lieu of all Wednesday adult electives, we'll take communion together in the Worship Center on April 16. Table Talk, KidMin, and Student Ministries programming will meet as normal.

Easter Sunrise Service

Sunday, April 20 | Outdoors |  6:45 AM
New this year, join us for worship at the outdoor Easter sunrise service! We'll gather in the northwest corner of the NMC parking lot for simple worship, Scripture reading, and testimonies. You'll want to bring a chair or blanket to sit on during this short 30-minute service. In case of inclement weather, the sunrise service will be held in the NMC Chapel.

New to NMC?

Here's What to Expect

We're excited to welcome you to NMC on Easter weekend! If this is your first time visiting, stop by the Ministry Center desk in the Grand Hall (Entrance D) for a gift and information about our next newcomer lunch.

There will be six identical celebration services offered Easter weekend:

  • Saturday, April 19, in the Worship Center at 6:00 PM
  • Sunday, April 20, in the Worship Center at 8:00, 9:30, & 11:00 AM
  • Sunday, April 20, in Connection 9:30 & 11:00 AM

This year, we'll also host a special outdoor sunrise service at 6:45 AM on Easter Sunday. Join us in the northwest corner of the NMC parking lot for simple worship, Scripture reading, and testimonies. You'll want to bring a chair or blanket to sit on during this short 30-minute service. In case of inclement weather, the sunrise service will be held in the NMC Chapel.

Each of the six main services on Easter weekend will be 55-60 minutes long and filled with worship through singing and biblical messages.

Our services in the Worship Center (main sanctuary) feature contemporary worship songs. In a smaller, more casual setting, our Connection services are hosted in the Gym (by Entrance E) with modern worship music. On Easter Sunday, both venues will feature live, in-person pastoral teaching.

Come as you are! We hope you'll feel comfortable and accepted in whatever you're wearing. On Easter Sunday, some families may choose to dress more formally than normal. You'll see anything from jeans and a nice shirt to dresses and suit jackets.

There are marked visitor parking spots on the north side of the parking lot just outside Entrance D. If you enter the parking lot from State Road 19, Entrance D is to your right, and you'll see parking spaces marked for visitors. Entrance D will lead you straight to our Welcome Center, coffee carts, and KidMin Check-In.

We recommend all visitors use Entrance D on the north side of the building. From here, you can easily access our Worship Center and Connection services, check kids in, and get questions answered at the Welcome Center.

Arriving 15 minutes before the service will give you plenty of time to get a cup of coffee, enjoy refreshments in the Grand Hall, and find a seat.

If you have children to check-in to KidMin, we suggest coming 20 minutes before the service starts.

Kids and students of any age are welcome to attend the Easter service, but we also offer programming designed specifically for different ages on Sunday morning.

If you're checking your children into KidMin (birth - 5th grade) for the first time, we recommend coming 20 minutes early to the check-in desks just inside Entrance D. The safety of your children is a high priority, so we'll ask for your information at check-in. Our KidMin volunteers will show you and your children to their classrooms, where they'll learn about God in fun and exciting ways.

There's programming for middle school and high school students at 9:30-10:30 AM on Sunday morning. Volunteers at the Welcome Center (just inside Entrance D) can show your students to the appropriate rooms.

Saturday Evening Programming:

  • 6:00 PM | Nursery & Preschool

Sunday Morning Programming:

  • 8:00 AM | Nursery & Preschool
  • 9:30 AM | Birth to 12th Grade
  • 11:00 AM | Birth to 3rd Grade
